Moonlight and Mistletoe Shopping Event
Downtown Tipp City merchants are coming together to host a special after hours holiday shopping experience on Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. during the Moonlight & Mistletoe celebration.
Shops throughout our walkable historic district will stay open late, welcoming guests with festive décor, unique holiday finds, and the warm hospitality that has made Tipp City a beloved storybook destination. Visitors can explore boutiques, specialty shops, and local favorites while enjoying the glow of downtown at night.
The evening will feature specialty DORA drinks, lit horse drawn wagon rides, shopping discounts, and the unmistakable charm of our picturesque Main Street. With twinkling lights, beautifully decorated storefronts, and the magic of the season in the air, this is one holiday outing you will not want to miss.
Moonlight & Mistletoe is designed to give shoppers a relaxed way to discover gifts, support local businesses, and enjoy the downtown experience at its very best.

Chocolate and Bourbon Experience
The Chocolate & Bourbon Experience is a self-guided evening designed to be shared with your best friends, enjoyed as a special date night, or discovered while making new connections. Take your time, explore at your own pace, and soak in the charm of Tipp City’s walkable historic downtown.
Your evening begins at Mauk Cabinets by Design, where you’ll check in and receive your event materials and map. As you wander from stop to stop, you’ll sample a variety of chocolates from downtown merchants and service providers, paired with bourbon tastings at designated DORA locations.
Bourbon education will be provided by Hayner Distilling Co. at Mauk Cabinets by Design. Many guests choose to return there later in the evening to wrap up their experience with a deeper appreciation for the craft behind the bourbon.

Unless you are purchasing a chocolate-only ticket, a valid ID is required at check-in to receive your DORA bracelet.
What to Expect at Check-In
At check-in, guests will receive:
A list of participating stops, including featured chocolates and bourbons
A souvenir bourbon glass to use during the experience
Event guidance to help you enjoy the evening at your own pace
No printed receipt is required. Your name will be on our check-in list.

The Downtown Tipp City Partnership invites the community to gather for an evening of connection, reflection, and celebration at our Annual Meeting & Celebration of Excellence at the Tipp Center. This event is open to the public, and anyone with a ticket is welcome to attend.
This special evening brings together residents, business owners, volunteers, partners, and downtown supporters to celebrate the people and organizations who help make downtown Tipp City a vibrant and welcoming place. During the program, we will recognize this year’s Downtown Community Award recipients, share highlights from the past year, and look ahead to what’s next for our historic district.
Guests will enjoy a relaxed cocktail hour followed by a seated dinner catered by Eloquence, and a meaningful program honoring excellence, service, and community spirit.

We’re thrilled to introduce a brand-new tradition with the first-ever Preview Night for Tippecanoe and Christmas Too! The Downtown Tipp City Partnership is excited to put a fresh spin on this beloved experience—while keeping the elegance and charm you’ve come to expect.
This year’s tour features nine beautifully decorated homes—eight along historic Main Street plus one on Dow Street—along with a special surprise that will be lit up just for the evening. From 6–8 PM, you’ll enjoy the chance to wander through the homes glowing in holiday splendor, without the long lines of tour day.
After the tour, the celebration continues at the historic Roller Mill, where guests will gather for a warm and festive reception. Enjoy heavy appetizers, a silent raffle, and the company of fellow lovers of history and preservation.

Additional Frequently Asked Questions
Where should I park?
Free public parking is available throughout downtown Tipp City. There is no reserved or designated parking for the tour.
How long does the tour take?
Most guests spend 1 to 1.5 hours on the tour.
Is the tour walkable?
All homes are located on Main Street within seven blocks. Most guests walk, but driving is allowed if preferred.
Are the homes accessible?
Many homes are historic and may include stairs or narrow entry points. Accessibility varies by location.
Can children attend?
Children are welcome but must have a ticket. They must stay with an adult at all times.
What if I arrive late?
Check in closes promptly at 7:15 p.m. Friday and 4:15 p.m. Saturday. Guests who arrive after those times may not be admitted.
Are restrooms available?
There are no restrooms inside private homes. Please plan to use facilities downtown before or after your tour.
Can I revisit a home?
You may visit each home one time. Your ticket will be checked off at each stop.
Will tickets be sold at check in?
Yes. Saturday home tour tickets will be available on site for $30. Preview Night tickets will not be sold at the door.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. The new guest can give the name of the original purchaser at check in.

This casual after-hours gathering is the perfect way to connect with friends, meet fellow downtown supporters, and discover one of Tipp City’s most unique shops. Enjoy light snacks and drinks while browsing everything Simply Living Soap has to offer.
The first 10 DTCP friends of downtown to make a purchase will receive an exclusive free soap that is being made for this event!
