The Downtown Tipp City Partnership (DTCP) Design Committee invites you to join us for a Depot Cleanout & Organization Day! Help us sort, organize, and tidy up DTCP’s props, event supplies, and more to prepare for the exciting events we have planned for our historic downtown.
Warm refreshments will be provided to keep our volunteers energized and cozy as we work together to make the depot more efficient.
Your time and effort will go a long way in supporting DTCP’s mission to preserve, promote, and enhance Tipp City’s historic downtown.

The Downtown Tipp City Partnership (DTCP) is excited to host the Preservation Assessment Workshop, presented by David Mertz, former director of the Building Preservation/Restoration Program at Belmont College.
Join us on Monday, March 10, at 6:00 PM at the Tipp City Public Library for a free public lecture on building maintenance and preservation best practices. Mr. Mertz will share his expertise in identifying common issues faced by historic buildings and provide practical solutions to help protect and preserve these invaluable structures.
This workshop is a fantastic opportunity for building owners, history enthusiasts, and community members to learn how preservation efforts contribute to maintaining Tipp City’s historic charm and vitality.
