There’s something special happening in downtown Tipp City, and you’ll feel it the moment you arrive. Spring is in the air, shops are full of charm, and the first weekend in May is packed with reasons to visit, explore, and support local.

A Note to Our Friends of Downtown
If you’re part of our DTCP Friends of Downtown program, don’t forget to bring your Friendship Bag while you shop this weekend! It’s your pass to perks and a great way to show your support for our historic downtown. If you haven’t had a change to grab your bag yet, be sure to pick it up at Fox and Feather between 11-2 on Saturday or make arrangements to pick it up from the DTCP office.

The Downtown Tipp City Partnership (DTCP) invites families to join in the fun for
Eggsplore Downtown on Saturday, April 12, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This festive event is a
great way to welcome spring and celebrate Easter while exploring Tipp City’s charming
downtown.
Eggsplore Downtown is a free, family-friendly spring event that invites families to stroll through historic downtown Tipp City, visit participating merchants, and collect eggs filled with candy, trinkets, and surprises. Just look for the festive Easter egg signs in business windows — that means treats are waiting for young guests inside!
Be sure to stop by the Tipp City Public Library for free photos with the Easter Bunny. No professional photographer is needed, just bring your camera or phone and snap a few fun memories with your family and friends.
While you’re downtown, swing into Topsy Turvy Toys to enter a drawing for a Family Easter Basket — generously donated to DTCP by Topsy Turvy Toys, Rad Candy Company, and Living Simply Soap. It’s a sweet bonus for supporting the shops that make our town special.
This event is free to attend and no registration is required. It’s a perfect way to enjoy a spring Saturday, support local businesses, and make festive family memories.

The Downtown Tipp City Partnership (DTCP) Design Committee invites you to join us for a Depot Cleanout & Organization Day! Help us sort, organize, and tidy up DTCP’s props, event supplies, and more to prepare for the exciting events we have planned for our historic downtown.
Warm refreshments will be provided to keep our volunteers energized and cozy as we work together to make the depot more efficient.
Your time and effort will go a long way in supporting DTCP’s mission to preserve, promote, and enhance Tipp City’s historic downtown.

Preservation Assessment Workshop with David Mertz

The Downtown Tipp City Partnership (DTCP) is excited to host the Preservation Assessment Workshop, presented by David Mertz, former director of the Building Preservation/Restoration Program at Belmont College.
Join us on Monday, March 10, at 6:00 PM at the Tipp City Public Library for a free public lecture on building maintenance and preservation best practices. Mr. Mertz will share his expertise in identifying common issues faced by historic buildings and provide practical solutions to help protect and preserve these invaluable structures.
This workshop is a fantastic opportunity for building owners, history enthusiasts, and community members to learn how preservation efforts contribute to maintaining Tipp City’s historic charm and vitality.

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in downtown Tipp City with our annual festive beer and seltzer crawl! Stroll through participating merchant locations, enjoy 4oz. samples of craft beer and seltzers at every stop, and soak up the lively Irish spirit. Grab your friends, wear your green, and join the fun – it’s the perfect way to cheer St. Paddy’s Day!
🍺 Sláinte! 🍀 Tickets will be limited – you don’t want to miss out on this year’s beer crawl!
This year, we are selling two tickets. One is just for the Beer Crawl. It gets you our commemorative pint glass and 12 beer tickets, each good for a 4oz pour.
The second ticket is for the Beer Crawl + Carry Out Dinner. You’ll receive a Beer Crawl ticket and a ticket for a Bodega Carry Out Dinner – redeemable Tuesday through Friday over the next 90 days. You can use it that night or wait until another evening when you don’t want to cook!
We do have a handful of tickets left for purchase at the door tonight. The Bodega Dinner tickets have SOLD OUT, so only beer crawl tickets are still available at Mauk Cabinets by Design today from 4:30pm until they sell completely out.
