The Chocolate & Bourbon Experience is a self-guided evening designed to be shared with your best friends, enjoyed as a special date night, or discovered while making new connections. Take your time, explore at your own pace, and soak in the charm of Tipp City’s walkable historic downtown.
Your evening begins at Mauk Cabinets by Design, where you’ll check in and receive your event materials and map. As you wander from stop to stop, you’ll sample a variety of chocolates from downtown merchants and service providers, paired with bourbon tastings at designated DORA locations.
Bourbon education will be provided by Hayner Distilling Co. at Mauk Cabinets by Design. Many guests choose to return there later in the evening to wrap up their experience with a deeper appreciation for the craft behind the bourbon.

Unless you are purchasing a chocolate-only ticket, a valid ID is required at check-in to receive your DORA bracelet.
What to Expect at Check-In
At check-in, guests will receive:
A list of participating stops, including featured chocolates and bourbons
A souvenir bourbon glass to use during the experience
Event guidance to help you enjoy the evening at your own pace
No printed receipt is required. Your name will be on our check-in list.
The 2026 Chocolate & Bourbon Experience is presented by Koverman Staley Dickerson Insurance, with support from Mauk Cabinets by Design, Bodega Market, Reed Spencer – REMAX Victory & Affiliates, Hawk Homes, Brian Bensman – Coldwell Banker, R.D. Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in downtown Tipp City with our annual festive beer and seltzer crawl! Stroll through participating merchant locations, enjoy 4oz. samples of craft beer and seltzers at every stop, and soak up the lively Irish spirit. Grab your friends, wear your green, and join the fun – it’s the perfect way to cheer St. Paddy’s Day!

This year, we are selling two tickets. One is just for the Beer Crawl. It gets you our commemorative pint glass and 12 beer tickets, each good for a 4oz pour.
The second ticket is for the Beer Crawl + Carry Out Dinner. You’ll receive a Beer Crawl ticket and a ticket for a Bodega Carry Out Dinner – redeemable Tuesday through Friday over the next 90 days. You can use it that night or wait until another evening when you don’t want to cook!
