Step inside the holiday magic during Tipp City’s beloved Tippecanoe and Christmas Too Historic Holiday Home Tour.
Tour eight beautifully decorated historic homes along West Main Street and one on S. 5th Street, each styled by local designers with elegant holiday décor, architectural charm, and nostalgic Christmas touches. Guests will also enjoy live music, beautifully staged tablescapes, unique history, and a few surprises along the way.

• No photographs may be taken inside the homes to protect homeowner privacy
• No food or drink is permitted inside the homes

Where should I park?
Free public parking is available throughout downtown Tipp City. There is no reserved or designated parking for the tour.
How long does the tour take?
Most guests spend 1 to 1.5 hours on the tour.
Is the tour walkable?
All homes are located on Main Street within seven blocks. Most guests walk, but driving is allowed if preferred.
Are the homes accessible?
Many homes are historic and may include stairs or narrow entry points. Accessibility varies by location.
Can children attend?
Children are welcome but must have a ticket. They must stay with an adult at all times.
What if I arrive late?
Check in closes promptly at 7:15 p.m. Friday and 4:15 p.m. Saturday. Guests who arrive after those times may not be admitted.
Are restrooms available?
There are no restrooms inside private homes. Please plan to use facilities downtown before or after your tour.
Can I revisit a home?
You may visit each home one time. Your ticket will be checked off at each stop.
Will tickets be sold at check in?
Yes. Saturday home tour tickets will be available on site for $30. Preview Night tickets will not be sold at the door.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. The new guest can give the name of the original purchaser at check in.

The Downtown Tipp City Partnership (DTCP) is thrilled to partner with Monroe Federal to bring the community a block party like you’ve never seen before—a celebration 150 years in the making!
On Saturday, July 19, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, historic downtown Tipp City will be bursting with energy, family fun, music, food, games, and celebration as we honor Monroe Federal’s long-standing commitment to the Tipp City community.
This free, family-friendly event will transform downtown into a vibrant street festival featuring something for everyone—from pony rides and inflatables to music bingo and live bands. Many local businesses will also join in by hosting family-friendly games, welcoming visitors to explore and enjoy our charming downtown.
“We’re proud to celebrate this milestone with Monroe Federal and bring people together for a full day of fun,” said Tasha Weaver, Executive Director of DTCP. “It’s more than a party—it’s a thank-you to the community for supporting both Monroe Federal and downtown Tipp City all these years.”

The Downtown Tipp City Partnership (DTCP) is excited to announce the return of Vintage in the Village, a vibrant open-air market featuring curated vintage, antique, handmade, and artisan vendors. This annual event takes place on Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 10 AM to 3 PM, right in the heart of historic Main Street in Downtown Tipp City.
Stroll through charming streets lined with one-of-a-kind treasures, enjoy a variety of food trucks, and be sure to stop into our permanent downtown shops and restaurants—many of whom will be offering specials and sidewalk sales to add to the day’s excitement.
More than just a shopping event, Vintage in the Village is a celebration of creativity, community, and small business. Proceeds from this event benefit the DTCP Design Committee, which funds the Facade Improvement Program—a local initiative supporting building beautification and preservation efforts throughout downtown Tipp City.
Whether you’re searching for vintage finds, handmade goods, or simply looking to soak in the charm of downtown Tipp, there’s something for everyone at Vintage in the Village.
