Tipp City, OH – On November 23, 2024, Downtown Tipp City will embrace the holiday season with a themed Christmas Parade and Community Tree Lighting. Hosted by the Downtown Tipp City Partnership and supported by our generous local sponsors, this event is sure to fill the hearts of all attendees with the magic of the holidays.
Starting at 5:00 PM, join us for a festive Christmas Parade with floats and entries bringing favorite Christmas movies to life. We are excited to announce that the Grand Marshal of the parade will be Luke Zerkle, and the theme is Favorite Christmas Movie! Parade applications are available now on the Downtown Tipp City Partnership website, downtowntippcity.org for those wishing to enter.
Following the parade, the holiday fun continues with a community Sing-Along performance led by Chris Rowland, an exciting round of Christmas movie trivia, and an award ceremony for the best parade entries, all hosted by our very special guest MC, Mr. G!
As the evening draws to a close, we invite everyone to gather around with friends and family to witness the lighting of our small town community Christmas Tree, a tradition that will leave core memories in everyone.
There’s no place like Tipp City for the Holidays!

The Downtown Tipp City Partnership (DTCP) is excited to announce the launch of its Event Supplies Borrowing Program, a new initiative designed to support DTCP members and local nonprofit organizations by providing access to essential event supplies. This program, made possible through the generous support of the Tipp City Foundation, will go live on the DTCP website starting October 1.
The Event Supplies Borrowing Program offers a variety of items, including tents, tables, chairs, and signage, that can be borrowed at no cost, helping organizations reduce event expenses and focus on creating memorable experiences for the community.
“This program is all about empowering our members and nonprofits to host successful events that bring the community together,” said Tasha Weaver, Executive Director of DTCP. “By providing access to these supplies, we’re ensuring that more groups can participate in community activities, and it’s all thanks to the generous support of the Tipp City Foundation.”
How the Program Works:
Eligible organizations can easily request supplies by completing a simple online reservation form on the DTCP website. Reservations should be submitted at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability, and borrowers will arrange pick-up and drop-off of supplies directly with the DTCP Executive Director.
Future Expansion:
DTCP is committed to continually growing this program. As additional resources and support become available, the list of borrowable items will expand, offering even more options.
Key Program Details:
- Available to DTCP members and registered nonprofit organizations in Tipp City and surrounding areas.
- Items currently available for borrowing include tents, tables, chairs, signage, and more.
- The program will be live on the DTCP website starting October 1, 2024.
- Organizations can submit a reservation request via the website and coordinate pick-up and drop-off with the Executive Director.
By making event supplies more accessible, DTCP aims to reduce financial barriers and encourage more vibrant community events. Whether it’s a neighborhood gathering, charity fundraiser, or community festival, this program is designed to make these events more successful.
This program is made possible through the generous support of the Tipp City Foundation.
