This statement outlines the terms and conditions applicable to ticket holders for any Downtown Tipp City Partnership event. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Event Schedule and Weather Conditions
The Event is scheduled to take place as planned, regardless of weather conditions, including but not limited to rain or shine. No cancellations or rescheduling related to weather will occur unless otherwise expressly notified by the organizers. - Non-Refundable Ticket Policy
All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable, and no requests for refunds will be entertained under any circumstances, except as may be required by applicable law. - Ticket Transferability
While tickets are non-refundable, they may be transferred to another individual, such as a friend or family member, if the original ticket holder is unable to attend. To ensure the proper transfer and facilitate ticket redemption, the original ticket holder must notify the Downtown Tipp City Partnership of the transferee’s full name and contact information no later than 6 hours prior to the Event. Failure to provide this information within the specified timeframe may prevent the transferee from redeeming the ticket.
