Time commitment: One meeting per month, with optional hands-on projects throughout the year.

Some members participate seasonally or project-by-project.

What this looks like in practice

• Adopt-a-Pot program, with future expansion opportunities
• Seasonal planter installs and maintenance
• Managing outdoor bistro tables and chairs
• Administering the Facade Improvement Program (FIP)
• Supporting Vintage in the Village, with proceeds directly funding the FIP
