Time commitment: One meeting per month, with optional hands-on projects throughout the year.
Some members participate seasonally or project-by-project.
What this looks like in practice
- Adopt-a-Pot program, with future expansion opportunities
- Seasonal planter installs and maintenance
- Managing outdoor bistro tables and chairs
- Administering the Facade Improvement Program (FIP)
- Supporting Vintage in the Village, with proceeds directly funding the FIP
