Downtown Tipp City is about to shine a little brighter this holiday season! We are thrilled to share that the Tippecanoe and Christmas Too Holiday Home Tour will take place on Saturday, December 6 from noon to 5 PM.
Guests will check in at Mauk Cabinets by Design, where you’ll receive your pass to explore the homes. From there, enjoy an afternoon strolling along historic Main Street, taking in the sights, sounds, and spirit of the season.
This year’s tour will feature 9 beautifully decorated historic homes, including 8 along Main Street and one right on the corner of 5th Street. Each stop will showcase the warmth and character of Tipp City’s history, dressed in its holiday best.
Along the way, you’ll also discover something special — a cookie chalet at Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home and live entertainment throughout the tour. Together, these touches make the tour more than just a walk through homes — it’s a celebration of community, tradition, and the magic of the holidays.
✨ Preview Night: Friday, December 5
For those who want to experience the tour in an elevated way, a special Preview Night will be held the evening before. Guests will enjoy an exclusive first look at the homes, beautifully lit for the holidays, with extra touches that make the night truly memorable. Tickets for Preview Night are extremely limited and will sell out quickly, so be sure to secure yours early.
Preview Night is proudly presented by Sibcy Cline Realtors.
The Tippecanoe and Christmas Too Holiday Home Tour is proudly presented by Mauk Cabinets by Design, with more sponsors and details to be announced soon.

The Downtown Tipp City Partnership (DTCP) is proud to introduce the inaugural Howl-O-Ween Open Golf
Tournament, taking place on Monday, October 27, 2025, at the Troy Country Club. This new fundraiser blends
fun, golf, and community spirit, with all proceeds from the first year benefiting MCPAW (Miami County Partners
for Animal Welfare) and their efforts to support animal welfare projects, including the construction of a new
animal shelter and adoption center in Miami County.
The event will feature:
● Scramble format with registration at 12:00 PM and a 1:00 PM shotgun start
● 18 holes of golf followed by a reception with appetizers, raffles, and prizes
● Entry at $125 per golfer or $500 per foursome
● Pet Sponsorships for $50, allowing non-golfers to share pet photos displayed on the course

The generosity has already begun. VFW Post 9582 recently contributed a $5,000 donation in support of the
event and MCPAW. Donations are also welcome, and DTCP is glad to help facilitate contributions for those
who wish to support the cause without golfing.

DTCP extends gratitude to this year’s sponsors, including Presenting Sponsor Main Street Financial Group –Thrivent, Bar Sponsors Hinkle Roofing & Exteriors and Koverman Staley Dickerson Insurance, Golf Cart
Sponsor Pathways Wealth Management and Hot Chocolate Hole Sponsor Ryan Homes. Their generous
support makes the Howl-O-Ween Open possible, and a limited number of sponsorship opportunities are still
available for businesses that wish to get involved.
To register a team, secure a sponsorship, or make a donation, visit downtowntippcity.org or contact Downtown
Tipp City Partnership at 937-667-0883.
